Who we are

What information we collect

We collect the information needed to serve you and for the site to function:

  • Data you give us: your name and your email address when you complete the diagnosis or a contact form.
  • Your conversation with Christian's digital version: the answers you share during the diagnosis, by voice or by text.
  • Browsing data: technical information about your device and your use of the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Christian's digital version

When you talk with Christian's digital version, your conversation is processed to identify your weakest area and generate a personalized diagnosis. That voice and text processing is carried out by our conversational technology provider. Do not use this tool to share sensitive health information.

The diagnosis is a guidance tool. It does not replace medical, psychological or financial care from a professional.

How we use your information

  • To send you the personalized diagnosis you requested.
  • To communicate with you by email about Reto100 and our content.
  • To operate, maintain and improve the site and its tools.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link included in every message.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us operate the site and our communications, among them:

  • ElevenLabs, for the voice and text processing of Christian's digital version.
  • GoHighLevel, for contact management and email delivery.
  • Amazon SES and similar services, for email delivery.
  • Vercel, for hosting the site.

Some of these providers process data in the United States.

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works and to understand how it is used. By accepting the cookie notice, you authorize this use. You can adjust cookie behavior from your browser settings.

Your rights
