I am Christian Abad. I was born in Cuenca, Ecuador, and arrived in the United States in 2001, at 23, with only what I was wearing and no clear plan.

That same year I survived September 11 from the 31st floor of Tower 1. I started from zero, like almost every Latino immigrant does. I learned the language, took the jobs that were there, and over the years built my own company in New York.

I got the business running. And still, inside, I was falling. A divorce, a depression and two years lost to alcohol taught me something no bank statement says: a company that grows on top of a broken person does not hold.

I came out of it. I rebuilt my life with Ivanna and my children, trained as a coach, and for ten years now I have guided Latino entrepreneurs to do the same.

My philosophy fits in three words: live, learn, inspire.

For twelve years I worked at The Edge, ten of them as a coach, guiding entrepreneurs to grow.

I could show you the results from that stage. Almost everyone does. But those cases belong to The Edge, not to me, and using them here would be the first shortcut in a relationship that is precisely about not taking them.

Do I need to speak Spanish for this?+

No. I work with Latino entrepreneurs who move in Spanish, English or both. The root unites us, not the language.

I do not have time. Does this add one more load?+

I have tried coaching and nothing happened. Why would this be different?+

A lot of coaching stays in the talk that motivates on Monday and is forgotten by Tuesday. Here you get a method, an app that measures your progress and real tools for your business. It shows or it does not.

Is this for large companies?+

It is for the owner. If you have a business running and you are the one holding it up, this is for you. Revenue does not matter.

Is it in person or virtual?+

The program and the community are digital. They work wherever you live within the United States.

How long before I notice anything?+

What happens if I miss a day?+

Do I work with you or with an app?+
