Four pillars and four areas. A system to grow whole, not in pieces.
Start my diagnosis →Motivation runs out by Tuesday. A method does not.
Most coaching leaves a nice phrase and a feeling that does not last. When the feeling goes, you return to the same place.
The ABAD Method is the opposite. It is a system with clear pieces you can review, measure and repeat. It does not depend on how you woke up or how much you feel like it today.
I built it over ten years of real work with entrepreneurs. Not theory. What works.
ABAD is four ways to work on yourself. Each letter is a piece of the system.
Your relationship with money starts in your head, not in the account. We work on how you earn, give and receive, so money stops being a source of fear and becomes a tool.
An exhausted entrepreneur makes bad decisions and does not even notice. Balance is your physical base: your rest, your energy, your body. Without that base, everything else is built on sand.
You cannot improve what you do not see. Awareness is looking at yourself without the mask you wear outside, naming your patterns and stopping tripping over the same stone.
Effort without direction is just fatigue. Direction is knowing where you go and why, so each hour of work brings you closer to what you truly want.
The pillars do not float in the air. They apply to the four areas that hold up your life.
Physical energy, rest and health. It is the base, because none of the other three areas works if the body is at zero.
Mental clarity and honesty with yourself. Knowing who you are behind the role of provider, of boss and of the strong figure.
Your partner, your family, your people. Building a business and losing your own along the way is not winning, it is trading one debt for another.
Your money and your business. A company that generates freedom and does not depend on you being in everything, all the time.
Each pillar applies to each area. Abundance is not only about capital, it is also about the body and your relationships. Direction is not only about the business, it is about your whole life.
The ABAD Method is not a course you finish. It is a way of reviewing your life, and where it becomes a daily practice is in Reto100.
