Who we are

This site belongs to Christian Abad, high-performance coach for Latino entrepreneurs in the United States. For any question about your privacy, write to coachchristianabad@gmail.com.

What information we collect

We collect the information needed to serve you and for the site to function:

Data you give us: your name and your email address when you complete the diagnosis or a contact form.
Your conversation with Christian's digital version: the answers you share during the diagnosis, by voice or by text.
Browsing data: technical information about your device and your use of the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Christian's digital version

When you talk with Christian's digital version, your conversation is processed to identify your weakest area and generate a personalized diagnosis. That voice and text processing is carried out by our conversational technology provider. Do not use this tool to share sensitive health information.

The diagnosis is a guidance tool. It does not replace medical, psychological or financial care from a professional.

How we use your information

To send you the personalized diagnosis you requested.
To communicate with you by email about Reto100 and our content.
To operate, maintain and improve the site and its tools.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link included in every message.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us operate the site and our communications, among them:

ElevenLabs, for the voice and text processing of Christian's digital version.
GoHighLevel, for contact management and email delivery.
Amazon SES and similar services, for email delivery.
Vercel, for hosting the site.

Some of these providers process data in the United States.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS / text messaging

Christian Abad sends text messages only to people who gave their own mobile number and checked the SMS consent box themselves. We never text purchased lists and we never send cold outreach.

What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, session updates, follow-ups, and replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in: enter your mobile number and check the unchecked-by-default consent box at crm.christianabad.com/sms-opt-in/christian-abad. Consent is never a condition of buying or receiving any service.
How often: message frequency is low, typically 0-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message and we stop immediately; reply HELP, or write to coachchristianabad@gmail.com, for help.

Full SMS terms and consent disclosure: crm.christianabad.com/sms-policy/christian-abad.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works, to learn which content is useful (Google Analytics) and to measure our campaigns on Meta and TikTok. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we turn none of them on until you accept. From other places we measure visits and campaigns from the start, and you can turn it off at any time.

While campaign measurement is on, Meta and TikTok receive data about your visit to measure and show ads. Some U.S. laws call that "sharing" data, and you have the right to ask us not to: tap "No, thanks" in the notice, or use the "Privacy choices" link in the footer of any page to change your mind at any time. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it and campaign measurement is not turned on. You can also write to us at coachchristianabad@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your information, correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To exercise any of these rights, write to coachchristianabad@gmail.com and we will attend to your request.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or until you ask us to delete it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice. When we do, we will change the date at the top. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
